Yes, the conversion code handles most of these in the Indicator field,
as well as ignoring the freeform indicators that some authorities use,
I'll just add Stance now...

I should have another, closer read of the data guidelines.

I have not considered this yet, I'll let the mailing list handle the
discussion of that.
