Hi,

I can give you some other examples I did. So far I did not manage to write a
how-to and I don't know if these way of mapping is accepted. But well...I did it
like this. Especially the platforms as line and not as area is to avoid the
issue with two platform numbers on one area. Feel free to have a look and don't
hesitate to ask...

Frankfurt Central Railway Station:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.10604&lon=8.66223&zoom=17&layers=M

Wiesbaden Station:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.06948&lon=8.24503&zoom=17&layers=M

Commuter station "Wiesbaden Ost":
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.040821&lon=8.256838&zoom=18&layers=M

4-layer train and subway station "Frankfurt Süd"
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.099454&lon=8.686909&zoom=18&layers=M

The station I got the idea from: "Bebra"
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.96894&lon=9.79834&zoom=17&layers=M

And perhaps a good example for learning: big but simple geometry station
"Frankfurt Höchst"
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.102568&lon=8.542599&zoom=18&layers=M

Hope it helps...

Greetings - Fips
