[Talk-transit] Close stations having the same name

Here the platforms for buses near to a railway station have names like:

Gent Sint-Pietersstation Perron 3
Mechelen Nekkerspoel Perron 1
Wavre Quai 5

(Perron/Quai means platform in Dutch/French)

Whereas the name of the railway station itself would be:

Gent Sint-Pieters
Mechelen Nekkerspoel

I think it's better to indicate they are related by a hierarchy of
stop_area relations.
