Thanks, fixed that. I originally planned to add missing values for the
"wheelchair" tag, but I am not persuaded of the quality of the data from
STIF. So only two.

As stated in the proposal, I maintain a database of 11,000 curated nodes.
Creation of the database was quite painstaking, but you could theoretically
do it yourself (download all the bus stops, cross-check them against
existing routes, clean clean clean, notify STIF of the worst errors, clean
some more ...). This represents about 25% of all the STIF nodes. I add to
the database regularly as I map new lines (typically about 50 nodes at a
time).

I can publish the Perl program generating the edits if you like. It could
be useful. It creates JOSM files.
