Hi Sin-di,

Yes, I know the route relation. Problem is, it's not supported by
Mapnik by default and threfor not rendered on the main map. Additional
hacking is necessary to get the lookup right. So, the 'ref' tags as
well as 'is_in' are still necessary as fallback. However, if someone
knows how to hack the relation lookup into Mapnick, we can aim for
that solution, since it's the cleaner one.
If we agree on that, we can just ommit my proposed extra tags
(ref:multi, ref1, ref2, ref3, ...) and try to add relations for each
primary, secondary and tertiary route (Freeways and Expressways do not
share numbers in Taiwan).
