[Talk-TW] Hot Springs 溫泉

溫泉過去的做法
natural = spring
附加上 hot = yes 或是 temperature = *

過去也有人用 leisure = hot_spring 這個被討論很蠻多的。

這次提案改成 natural = hot_spring
如果有溫泉旅館就加上 tourism =hotel,
有大眾浴池的話 amanity = public_bath
