[Talk-TW] 公共自行車新標籤

各位好：

如果有看599期的 weeklyOSM (https://weeklyosm.eu/zh/archives/15194)
的話，有新公共自行車站的標籤，那就是：bike_rental=docking_station
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/bicycle_rental:type>

基本上台灣政府發包建置的公共自行車都是屬於固定站型式
所以會為有 net_ref 的站點都加 bike_rental=docking_station
另外還有相關的標籤先前沒加的可以加，如
rental=city_bicycle, authentication:contactless=yes

另外 YouBike 2.0 系統有 app 借車功能，則認證機制用 authentication:app=yes

台北 YouBike 2.0 用悠遊付則是 payment:ep_easy_wallet=yes

桃園、高雄 YouBike 2.0 有支援 LINE pay，再加上 payment:ep_linepay
