<http://dlab.or.tz/> have collaborated to co-host the “Maptime Tanzania -
Map My Campus” event to be held on Friday, April 28th. Please join
volunteers, colleagues, students, partners etc and learn how to map
OpenStreetMap, the map of the collaborative and free world during a
mapathon!
Details:

When: Friday April 28th.

Time: 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Where: Tanzania Data Lab (dLab) - CoICT, University of Dar es Salaam,
Kijitonyama.
Bring:

Laptop computer (Linux, Mac or Windows)
-
An external mouse is highly recommended
-
Power supply for laptop

If you own a GPS or GPS-equipped smartphone, please bring it along. If
not, we will have GPS units to loan.
Learn: no prior knowledge is necessary, however you can:

Open an OSM account (if you don’t have one), click here
