[Talk-tz] Coastline edits

Hi OSM Tanzania contributors, 

This is Andrew from Apple, my is doing some alignment updates and improvements to the Tanzania coastline data and we found an interesting area (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=12/-8.1465/39.321 <https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=12/-8.1465/39.321>) where the coastline is digitized far inland, likely due to the original PGS import and the wetlands in this area. We’d like to make this area consistent with the rest of the coastline alignment based on global coastline policies but our updates could result in a few changes to the the level 3, 4, and 5 boundaries here that are snapped to the coastline — but not the country boundary. 

I thought it would be best to reach out before we make these changes. We would like to pull the currently modeled coastline out to the actual coastline, which also matches the data from maplibrary.org <http://maplibrary.org/>, which are public domain maps and were used tor reference for northern Tanzania coastlines.

We will also be sure to update and fix any issues related to the wetland relations and other water features in this area. It would be super helpful If you could take a look at the imagery in the area and provide any feedback if you think there is an issue with this proposal.
