[Talk-tz] Missing and Isolated Highways MapRoulette Challenges (prep TZA State ofThe Map)

Hello everyone,

In response to support Tanzania SoTM, I am reaching out again to Tanzania community, Crowd2Map and the Tanzania Development Trust with a new MapRoulette challenge called "Add Missing Highways<https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/36802>". We have also added new tasks to our existing "Isolated Highways<https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/29807>" challenge. All these potential issues were identified by spatially comparing OSM to TomTom data and internally validating the results.

Please feel free to go through the tasks, assess the data, and add or connect highways by using the recommended resources.
