[Talk-ug] Taxis, Buses, and Bodas

I agree about boda boda stage. It should definitely be amenity=taxi.
The problem is though that the 'motorcycle' and the 'motorcar' keys are both keys to mark access restrictions. That's not exactly the right category (see here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:motorcycle)
But again: boda bodas are quite easy. My question was more about minibus taxis.
Should they be tagged as "busses" (equals public transport in other countries) or "taxis" (equals individual transport elsewhere)? I think from the way they operate, they rather resemble busses. Don't they?
