[Talk-ug] East Africa im OSM Wiki

Hi everyone, 

I wanted to let you know that I started writing a guide for mapping and tagging in East Africa in the OSM wiki. Up to now, there were no guidelines whatsoever.

I would appreciate any contribution you could make. You might want to think of anything that would be of particular interest for mapping in Africa. For example, I'm planning to include a section on how to tag water-boreholes and -pumps.
