[Talk-ug] Import of Buildings in Districts Bordering DRC

Hi Deogratias,

This is a great effort in ensuring map completeness in these districts and
provinces. Thanks to you and the team working on this. Two quick questions:

   1. Are interested mappers required to sign up somewhere? And when is the
   import planned to start?
   2. Are you planning (or Could you plan) a webinar or a training session
   for interested mappers to go through this import process?
