Hi Geoffrey

Thank you for the response. I don't see much of a problem with internet
access being given away for mapping. But that doesn't really explain the
work week pattern. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to inspect
mapping patterns of all applicants. We will think about it some more,
maybe adapting the sign-up / renewal process to make applicants aware of it.
