I just discovered this site that was put up in June. It's a great link to
the town trail maps across the state.

routes in MA could be entered along with the other links in the tool.

I've entered routes that show up nicely in the osm based
hiking.waymarkedtrails.org like the new Westvale-Harrington Trail
<http://hiking.waymarkedtrails.org/#route?id=6601537> in Concord.

It's a great resource for a hiker because you can download a gpx file and
it has hill shading.
