So you are saying that the data is wrong in massgis?  This is
surprising, because the point of them doing addresses was 911 support,
and 20/20A are different places.  I wonder if we can detect the presence
of two address points with the same address and exclude them from the
first round, and/or find out how this is supposed to work.

Ideally the tagging list and/or the greater OSM wiki would explain this.
It does not seem likely that we are the first to grapple with this, and
it's important that data consumsers are able to deal with that's in the
db.

I wonder what OSMAnd, maps.me, and the osm website do about 1/2
addresses.
