In this case, is it really the proper semantics that there is one
entrance for 75 units?  I wonder what the tagging wiki says, and what
the wisdom, if any, of the tagging list is about this situation,
separated from any import discussion.

Do you know if any programs that look up addresses deal with
housenumbers with the ; operator in them?  Does nomination work?  Garmin
units with mkgmap?  OSMAnd?
