Is the notion that because OSM and MAD differ, that OSM is wrong and
people should just change it?  As I've explained, looking at the
not-fuzzy-matched file for Stow, I see MAD as being clearly right in
only 2/4 cases.

Or are you talking about only cases where the road is missing, and
people can see a road on aerials?

We have to be careful to not do what is essentially a mechanical import
without an import proposal and discussion, even if the method is people
clicking.  If it's locals in their own/adjacent towns and they have some
other way of knowing what's going on, that's fine, but as soon as we are
talking maproulette we are talking non-local armchair mappers.


Separately from the mechanical concern, I think it would also be good to
use the massgis roads layer in doing name checks.
