[Talk-us-massachusetts] Adding house numbers in MA using ID

JOSM users often use the massgis L3 layer to view street names and house
numbers.

This L3 imagery is available at
http://tile.osm.osuosl.org/tiles/massgis_parcels/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png

Here's a screen shot where I'm using the imagery in ID.

To add custom imagery to ID click on the layers icon on the right side of
the screen.
Choose "custom" and a pop up will appear asking for a link. Here's another
screen shot.

Enter the web address
http://tile.osm.osuosl.org/tiles/massgis_parcels/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png
