[Talk-us-massachusetts] Rendering question

I could understand that smaller parcels don't get rendered until a
particular zoom level.  But what puzzles me is that in a pan that shows the
whole town, I can see some very small parcels displayed green (permanently
protected), and some much larger parcels added over the past month or two
still don't show up until I zoom in on them.

Similarly, some trails that I have removed (incorrectly placed) show up on
a town-wide pan, and not until a particular zoom level does the old removed
trail disappear and the new trail show up.  Might it be that different zoom
levels have their own tiles that don't get refreshed as often?
