[Talk-us-massachusetts] adding this list to the OSM community index project

Recently, the OSM editor iD started displaying links to various forums and
email lists after you have completed an edit, based on the location where
you are editing.  This seems like a good way to show mappers how to discuss
various things with their local community.

The list of places and corresponding OSM resources comes from a separate
project: osm-community-index:

It looks like the OSM Boston meetup has been added, but this
talk-us-massachusetts email list has not yet been added. I recently added a
Portland, Oregon email list to the osm-community-index, and I can also add
this list.

However, I need a name and email address of a point of contact for this
list.  Lars Ahlzen is the contact for the OSM Boston meetup.  Is there an
official person for the point of contact for this list?

For the geojson to describe the area served by this list , I would probably
just do a rectangle encompassing Massachusetts (including the area in
southern NH where I used to live).
