[Talk-us-massachusetts] non-local paid mappers deleting landuse=conservation

I just came across a case where landuse=conservation had been removed
from conservation land by someone who appears to be a paid mapper for
mapbox.   I added it back, and sent them an OSM message explaining that
landuse=conservation is in use in MA.  (I think it's even paid attention
to in Jason's trail map, or at least I think it should be. :-)

(I'm leaving out the location and username because I see this as a
mapbox problem more than an individual problem and I don't think calling
the person out publically is helpful.)

So please be aware of the issue with non-local paid people "helping".
