Yes, they added hundreds if not thousands of service roads in the Boston 
area recently. Most of them appear to be editing from distant lands.

I've found the "achavi - Augmented OSM Change Viewer" to be invaluable 
for keeping tabs on who's making changes to our neck of the woods:
