I checked with the guru's for JOSM an ID and got this info (clipped from a
conversation on osmus.slack.com):

Quote:
i thought i replaced it with imagery from
http://massgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/basicviewer/index.html?appid=47689963e7bb4007961676ad9fc56ae9
anyway, the intention was to remove those layers and replace them with
direct access because the tile.openstreetmap.us / tile.osm.osuosl.org
service was falling over and old

yeah i agree direct access to the massgis servers would be better :thumbsup:

we can make it
```
https://ags-proxy.openstreetmap.us/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}?url=http%3A%2F%2Fgisprpxy.itd.state.ma.us%2Farcgisserver%2Frest%2Fservices%2FAGOL%2FL3Parcels_feature_service%2FMapServer%2F&transparent=true&layers=show%3A0```
<https://ags-proxy.openstreetmap.us/tiles/%7Bz%7D/%7Bx%7D/%7By%7D?url=http%3A%2F%2Fgisprpxy.itd.state.ma.us%2Farcgisserver%2Frest%2Fservices%2FAGOL%2FL3Parcels_feature_service%2FMapServer%2F&transparent=true&layers=show%3A0>
that'll just show the outlines
