The New York Times recently publish an article about Microsoft's release to
the public  building footprints

Clifford Snow, has prepared OSM tasks for experienced JOSM users to import
these buildings on the FL panhandle.
For example:
#90 - Bay County FL Building & Address Import for Hurricane Michael Recover
Efforts <https://tasks.openstreetmap.us/project/90>
I had to set up a new OSM account to do this work because it involves
"importing" data. The name must include the word "import"

There's a potential here to add missing buildings to Massachusetts. We just
need to figure out a simple process.
