[Talk-us-massachusetts] Roads missing names, preparing for the address import. This effort need help

I have been adding names to roads using Yury's
"addr_problems_after_case_insensitive_matches files" found at

Everything was going fine until I started on Martha's Vineyard where almost
all of the roads are missing names.

This is a task that can be done easily with the id editor and the GIS file
for the town without using Yuri's files and JOSM.
I was working on Aquinnah & Chilmark today using the town map at
https://www.axisgis.com/ChilmarkMA/

You can see how bad it is using the french site
http://layers.openstreetmap.fr/ and select "unnamed channels" and scroll to
Martha's vineyard. This is a good way to find other places in need of a lot
of help.

Sometimes you have to split the roads at intersections two different roads
are often connected.
