It looks like Stow is marked done?  I see 6 mismatches listed.  At first
glance, it is not at all clear that the MAD values are correct.

Is the marking that it's done an indication that the current OSM data
(which seems to match what the spreadsheet lists as OSM data) was judged
to be correct, and therefore the MAD data was wrong?

I will actually look at a few signs soon.
