I did not, but I am not surprised.   I gather there is one Town Hall for
the entire Town of Barnstable.

Presumably you mean in the "village of Barnstable, which is a component
of the town of Barnstable".   I think that's what everybody would
interpret that as, and that many people think of Barnstable the town as
the village, and don't really understand that Hyannis etc. is part of
the town of Barnstable.

Do you  agree with that assessment?
