[Talk-us-massachusetts] Mass Address Import- Phase 1 status

Today the address import reached the half million mark. 130 towns have been
processed including all of Nantucket, Dukes, Barnstable, Plymouth, Norfolk
and Berkshire counties.
No existing data was overwritten, only buildings having just one address
were considered. About 750,000 addresses didn't meet the test for Phase 1
import.

The OSM Inspector tool clearly identifies anomalies to resolve such as

   - Street name mismatches that are purely spelling errors or punctuation
   - New street names for streets without names in OSM

You can help resolve these by looking at OSM Inspector

Set the "View" to "Addresses"
and the clearing all the "Overlay" boxes
except for "street not found"

Notice that the houses are shown having a street name of "Dinahs Way" but
the street is not named in OSM. To fix this just select the "id" tool at
the top of the page and the window will open in the ID editor.
