If you are using JOSM the simplest way to download the data is to select
the "APIs" pull down (located next to the Download pulldown) just right
click on the "GeoJSON" and it will download automatically.  Open it with
JOSM, works like a charm.

I started to verify the bridges and culverts in Bedford but soon realized
that this is a task better left to you qgis whiz kids. It would be really
nice to have a file of just the ones that are incorrectly tagged or not
tagged at all.
