[Talk-us-massachusetts] MassGIS 2019 Orthos are now available in iD and JOSM

I submitted the MassGIS 2019 Orthos to the Editor Layer Index, and that
request was merged. Shortly afterwards, JOSM added the source to its
database, as there is a an automatic comparison process and evidently
someone in josm-land keeps a close watch on this.

This means that if you use iD, the imagery should be there. And if you
have josm 17082 (today's) snapshot or more recent, it should be there.
For older ones, you can probably click 'update' in imagery preferences.

I expect other sources will get this layer on updates, if they haven't
already. I am pretty sure the next Vespucci release will have it.

If there is an editor that doesn't have the "MassGIS 2019 Orthos"
imagery, please let me know.

Thanks to Alan for sending me the TMS URL long ago, and provoking me to
figure out the Editor Layers Index process (which is totally
reasonable!).
