[Talk-us-massachusetts] outreach to Berkshire country trail people?

I saw an article about an effort to position Berkshire County as a
hiking destination:

and a new trail organization

which has a trail-specific app.  (I view trail-specific apps as very
unfortunate, compared to open data about trails and related things (OSM
obviously :-) and an open-source app that can use that data, and thus
work in multiple places.)

I wonder if we have any list members in Berkshire County, and if they
have any insight into if there is osm use by the planning commissions or
if we think there are trails that ought to be in OSM that aren't.
