I was a beta tester for this, and saw it get better over a number of
interim releases. It's broadly similar in concept, but seems faster and
easier. Now that it was just released in the last few hours, I can
tell you about it :-)
In particular the process of looking up parcel data is much less clunky
than in OLIVER.

As an example here's adding the electricity providers layer and reducing
opacity and then making a permalink.
