heh.   I have added one.  See

and I called it tourism=attraction which is kind of bogus, and "Old Car"
which is not really a name.  But apparently somebody photographed it and
added an image to the node:

But, there is "tourism=artwork", so tourism= isn't really wrong.

After reading the wiki, I would have to say historic=vehicle is the
right tag.
