Please add your instructions back! ALso, it would be good to figure
out how they got dropped and talk to that person so that they realize
they made a mistake and will be less likely to to it again.
Once the dust settles I will get this into Editor Layer Index. Please
ping me if I don't.

I too am confused. It looks very similar, but I guess with two layers
one can flip and check.
I have asked MassGIS about this, in terms of how this update relates to
the previous and also about the theoretical future release of 0.5x0.5m
horizontal by 0.1m vertical.
My best guess right now is that this is a new hillshade processing run
based on the previous LIDAR data.
