The parcel database has ownership information.  You can go into
MassMapper and query.  It has the parcel data preloaded as a layer.
But, municipal ownership and being in that conservation area are not
quite the same thing, and it usually requires thought/research.

(If you are not already set up with and familiar with qgis, put that on
