Interesting, thanks. JOSM might do this too...
When there is object in two classes, does it hide the tags but keep the
object when one is off?
I guess that means it is pretty easy to turn off landuse/boundaries and
edit landcover separately. I don't see a checkmark for landcover but
maybe they would add that if asked.
