Interesting. But too tall?  River St Bridge spans RR tracks and didn't have
a cross frame.
That may be a different incident, or maybe it was a too =heavy= truck, too
fast - it had been posted 20mph, probably for protection pending scheduled
replacement, may well have had a weight posting as well.
