I am not understanding what you are saying.

I went to that URL, and see a map of all of MA, and zoom in, and l3
parcels appear.  I have recently gone there and turned on various layers
and it seems ok.  I just added DEP 21E sites and that seems to work.

I do find that if I add "2021 Aerial Imagery" as a layer it doesn't show
(but that layer in the base layer selector is ok), but I have not found
any other problems.

There was a problem earlier where the L3 parcels layer was broken in the
northern edge of MA, but that seems to have been fixed.
