[Talk-us-massachusetts] ARRT relation

Is there someone who edits about the Assabet River Rail Trail and is
good at relations? I am finding things I don't quite understand.

I got some validation errors about cycleway types. One is I think about
segment just south of the Mill which is tagged highway=cycleway and also
foot=designated. Now maybe there are two designated travel modes (are
horses allowed?), but this seems funny as designated sort of implies one
preferred mode. My impression is that it's a multi-use path and that
there is no legal preference for foot vs bike.

The other thing is that the ARRT relation is a member of the Marlboro
Branch railway relation. This seems wrong as the as-built rail trail is
not everyone on the former railroad grade. (And to head off the usual,
the old railroad grade is visible on the ground.)

So it seems like we should remove the ARRT relation from the marlboro
branch relation and add the segments back in if appropriate. But I
don't feel skilled enough at relations.

(I don't want to put a note on the map since that seems to lead to
hasty, not entirely correct armchair edits.)
