[Talk-us-massachusetts] Using Mass DCR Trail Maps

Just to double-check, are the DCR trail maps posted at
<https://www.mass.gov/lists/dcr-trail-maps>
valid sources to reference when updating OpenStreetMap?
(Particularly for things like trail names, colors/symbols of the trails, 
amenities, etc.)

I don't see any specific copyright info on them, and I know in general 
things the state publishes they consider to be public domain, but I just 
wanted to double-check.

There is also some similar data from MassGIS (maybe even the source for 
those maps) at
<https://www.mass.gov/info-details/massgis-data-department-of-conservation-and-recreation-roads-trails>
in what looks like some sort of ArcGIS format, and I know that MassGIS 
definitely considers their stuff to be public domain, but I haven't dug 
into how to use that format easily yet, and sometimes it's handy to just 
look at an existing map, you know?
