This is supposed to be implied (look at the osmarender layer).  I had to 
explicitly mark oneway=no to get the arrows to go away in the rendered 
map (there are a few two-way ramps near me).

The single way for I-40 should be split into two - one for eastbound, 
one for west - since the freeway is physically split (by what appears to 
be a k-rail in this section).  Oneway=yes is also implied for 
highway=motorway.
