It's very accurate shapefiles of the streets for the entire county. The
TIGER data for the City of Pittsburgh especially is isn't that good. We
started with shapefiles from Allegheny County GIS, and have added
further detail for our neighborhood in Pittsburgh. The shapefiles are
from a 2004 flyover, and are nominally 1":200'. The data includes all
streets including alleyways (including one-way status from the
department that sets such things), and private drives over 300' or that
provide access to dwellings.
So, this would correct the streets in the City of Pittsburgh and all of
Allegheny County. I'll do a comparison map latter today - it's really
much more accurate.
