[Talk-us] US Hydrographic Data

The data that was uploaded has the name tag on most features, but now that I
zoom in some more, I see that the water bodies don't render their names
until zoom 16. Also, marsh areas aren't rendered.

Perhaps these modifications could be suggested to the osmarender list?
