Another thing I just noticed...PRI and Alaska interstates.  Neither
territory uses the Interstate designation, these routes exist on paper
purely for funding purposes, and in many cases (such as almost all of
Alaska's "Interstate" mileage) is far from Interstate standards (gravel
road through the Alaskan Outback anyone?)

Alaska signs it's Interstates as State Highways and probably should be
reflected as such on the map.

Puerto Rico also does not use Interstate signage or numbers, and should
use the correct Puerto Rico Autopista numbers instead.

As such, the Interstate relations should not be used except in the
mainland and Hawaii.
