How?  Is this working on the map directly or posting openstreetbugs or
both or what's going on with this?  I'm not seeing a lot of information
on how this works in the wiki or on that site.

I can think of another possibility:  Abbreviation checker.  It looks for
abbreviations like Blvd, St, Ave, NE, N, NW, etc. and asks which
expansion is the correct one.
