Hi all,

I have imported 100k of EPA hazard points from the data.gov,
and some people have pointed out that there are issues with them.

My plan is to run a rename script to use perl to capitalize the data properly.
Also they are not rendering in potlatch, but in josm. So, I could also
make the invisible.

Any suggestions? I am willing to put work into it to make it right.
