[Talk-us] The river's dried up!

I've got too many hobbies, so I've been away from OSM for awhile.  I
recently came back to update some things due to new construction and I
noticed that some water features have gone missing.  Specifically, the East
Branch of the Rocky River and nearby lakes, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.  I've
taken a look to see if I could find the deletion, but there are too many.
Can anyone give me an idea of ways to find such things, or approximate dates
of actions that might have resulted in such or deletion, or barring all
that, the best source for inland rivers and lakes shapes to reproduce the
missing data?
