The original TIGER import that I did didn't contain anything but roads,
rail lines and oddly enough, power lines.  There actually were not any
points of interest or area boundaries at all.

Some people have since gone back and imported some of those data.  But,
at least in my area, all of the parks and things came from normal people
just adding them one at a time.
