[Talk-us] Cleaning up the US Chapter Pages

I've tried to clean up our chapter pages a bit. Information was spread
across multiple pages. That's no longer the case. Everything is value
is at:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Foundation/Local_Chapters/United_States

That means the meeting information for the next meeting, as well as
the upcoming agenda, and the meeting minutes are all in one place.

Unfortunately, I don't have permissions to delete the old abandoned pages.


I did this because I was confused about what went where. If I'm
bookkeeping and confused, I'm sure others were too. This should
alleviate that.
